Amboseli National Park is located in Kajiado South Constituency in Kajiado County Kenya covering an area of 39,206 ha (392.06 km2) with about 8,000 km2 (3,100 sq mi) of the ecosystem stretching across Kenya to Tanzania border.

The park includes two of the five mai swamps i.e the dried-up Pleistocene lake and semiarid vegetation hence very famous for its families of elephants that are fond of moving around the Park.
